The Man on the Mountain

There are times when I wonder about companies.  You would think they would be in the business of pleasing customers or delivering a service or a product that ultimately, someone wants.  The company that does this the best ... is the most profitable!

But there are days when I wonder if, like the picture on the old man on the mountain, surveying the world from above the clouds, contemplating the universe, that they forget why they're there.  At some point during their 360 degree feedback, viral marketing, operational analysis, thinking outside the box and management re-alignment, they've forgotten their customer.  They've decided that, no really, they know best and if their service or product is not being received as well as in the past well then, somethings wrong with their Client.

I've walked into many a store, used hundreds of products and am continually thinking to myself "WHAT were you thinking?"

This blog will tackle some of those WTF moments in hopefully a humourous way and let me get my two cents in on how things could be changed to bring the CUSTOMER back into the picture.

Thanks for reading!
